Job summary

SJE in Randolph, MA is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Technician to support the fabrication and assembly of motor generator systems and related equipment. You will prepare bases, structural components, and enclosures using grinding, drilling, sanding, and painting, and you will install brackets, panels, and hardware.

You will read work instructions, BOMs and drawings, assist more experienced technicians with wiring, alignment, and testing, and help maintain a safe, organized production

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical fabrication and assembly using hand and power tools.
• Basic fabrication like drilling, grinding, sanding, painting.
• Reading work instructions, BOMs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble motor generator systems and related equipment.
• Prepare bases, structural components and enclosures.
• Install brackets, panels, conduit, and hardware.
• Assist with wiring, alignment, and testing as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe production area and meet schedules.
