SJE Inc. in Randolph, MA is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Technician to support fabrication and mechanical assembly of motor generator systems and related equipment for the Horlick brand.

You will prepare bases, structural components, and enclosures using grinding, drilling, sanding and painting, following work instructions and BOMs. You will use hand and power tools to install brackets, panels, and hardware, move and position equipment safely, and assist more experienced technicians

Formación

• Using hand and power tools to perform mechanical fabrication and assembly work.
• Basic fabrication techniques such as drilling, grinding, sanding, surface preparation, and painting.
• Installing and assembling mechanical components, hardware, brackets, panels, supports, and enclosures.
• Reading and following work instructions, BOMs, production documentation, and basic engineering drawings.
• Performing basic mechanical assembly tasks such as fastening, alignment, gasket installation, and hardware torquing.
• Safely handling, moving, and positioning equipment and materials in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Maintaining quality, safety, and housekeeping standards while working toward production schedules.
• Identifying and communicating damaged materials, assembly issues, or safety concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Support fabrication and mechanical assembly of motor generator systems and related equipment.
• Prepare and fabricate equipment bases, structural components, and enclosures using grinding, drilling, sanding, and painting.
• Unpack, inspect, identify, and stage motors, generators, control cabinets, and hardware for assembly.
• Use hand and power tools to install brackets, panels, conduit supports, vibration isolators, cable trays, and other components.
• Assist more experienced technicians with assembly, wiring, integration and testing activities.
