Job summary

Sunrise Systems is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Technician in Pembroke, MA to assemble mechanical parts, PCBs, and wiring harnesses into electro-mechanical sub-assemblies. The role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and strict adherence to quality, safety, and process SOPs.

The candidate will perform soldering, testing, and calibration, document test data, maintain organized work areas, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or tech cert preferred.
• 2–4 years experience in electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, or technical manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble intricate mechanical parts, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies per drawings.
• Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, routing, and soldering per IPC-A-610/620 standards.
• Conduct functional, mechanical, and electrical testing to verify operation.
• Diagnose and resolve standard electrical, electronic, or mechanical issues found during assembly or inspection.
• Inspect inbound components and finished assemblies for defects per SOPs.
• Complete production route sheets, test logs, and non-conformance reports accurately.
