Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Repair Technician in Dallas, TX for a contract-to-hire role. The position focuses on electronic troubleshooting and repair of multi‑layer PC boards used in pump/current regulators.

You will work onsite in a climate-controlled environment with a team of six technicians. The role requires at least 5 years of hands-on repair experience, an AAS in electronics or equivalent, and strong English/customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment to the component level.
• AAS degree or equivalent in electronics technology.
• Proficiency in both digital and analog circuitry.
• Fluent in English with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment to the component level.
• Read and follow electronic schematic diagrams and test procedures.
• Use test equipment such as DVMs, Calibrators, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Power Analyzers, Frequency Counters, Phase Meters, and computer-based test programs.
• Read and comprehend electronic schematic diagrams and test procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and preventative actions.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
