Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of electro‑mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word and Excel).
• Soldering and brazing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and inspect electro‑mechanical products per drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure assemblies meet ESAB quality standards and customer expectations.
• Follow assembly and testing instructions thoroughly and accurately.
• Perform drilling, crimping, screwing, deburring, tapping, and precision measuring.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per 5S principles.
• Report defective materials and equipment issues to lead or supervisor.
• Document assembly, testing, and repair activities using record‑keeping systems.
• Retrieve drawings and documentation from company systems as required.
• Complete tasks per production schedules and supervisory direction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
