Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• 2+ years of mechanical or electromechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, blueprints, and sketches
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and adaptable
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Indoor industrial manufacturing environment
• Good ventilation, adequate lighting, and low to moderate noise levels

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and mechanisms according to specifications, drawings, and verbal instructions
• Perform detailed assembly work requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, fixtures, air vises, and drill presses (WS Assembly Line)
• Adjust, align, and secure parts to meet quality and production standards
• Track materials in assigned work area and notify supervisors of shortages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Follow all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
• Operate a forklift to load and unload materials (training provided if needed)
• Collaborate positively with teammates to meet production goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
