Pay:$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime:As needed

Position Summary
As anAssembler, you will build and assemble electromechanical products and subassemblies by following engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and contributing to high-quality manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembleelectromechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and mechanismsaccording to specifications, drawings, and verbal instructions
- Perform detailed assembly work requiringmanual dexterity and attention to detail
- Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, fixtures, air vises, and drill presses (WS Assembly Line)
- Adjust, align, and secure parts to meet quality and production standards
- Track materials in assigned work area and notify supervisors of shortages
- Maintain aclean, organized, and safe workstation
- Follow allsafety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Additional Responsibilities
- Operate aforkliftto load and unload materials (training provided if needed)
- Collaborate positively with teammates to meet production goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent(REQUIRED)
Experience
- 2+ years ofmechanical or electromechanical assemblyexperience preferred
- Basic knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and understandwork instructions, blueprints, and sketches
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and adaptable
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Indoor industrial manufacturing environment
- Good ventilation, adequate lighting, andlow to moderate noise levels
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Repetitive hand movements and fine motor skills
- Lifting up to50 lbs(with assistance or equipment as required)
- Ability to climb, kneel, squat, and work on feet for extended periods
