Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Manufacturing Assembler to join a fast-paced production team for first shift (7:30am–4:00pm). The role focuses on mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small components, following detailed instructions and BOMs.

The ideal candidate has hands-on assembly experience, reads technical drawings, and is comfortable using hand tools and precision equipment. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential for delivering high-quality products.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience assembling small parts, mechanical components, or electronic devices.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools and precision instruments.
• Experience in medical device, electronics, biotech, or other manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality.
