Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking hands-on personnel to join the Aurora Production Team. You will perform diverse assembly tasks supporting product development and manufacturing, following procedures and BOMs to maintain daily production output.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read basic technical information, and strong attention to quality and detail. You may participate in quality checks and Lean activities, with adherence to EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or verbal instructions.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
• Proficiency in understanding basic written technical information.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work procedures and schematics or verbal instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and other required records.
• Perform manufacturing/assembly on one to two production lines following BOMs and work instructions.
• Maintain daily production output.
• Participate in quality control inspections.
• Collaborate with team lead, engineers, supervisors and managers to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support in LEAN activities and training sessions as needed.
• Comply with EHS and Quality procedures and policies.
