You will diagnose complex failures using schematics and historical data, perform verifications, and ensure products meet strict performance standards. Occasional travel and precise documentation are required as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures.
• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency using electronic test equipment, test software, and documentation systems.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair products using historical data and failure trends.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and documentation.
• Occasional travel up to 15% to support training, cross-site collaboration, supplier visits, or customer support.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, verification, calibration, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies, including circuit boards, sub-assemblies, and ultrasound probes.
• Diagnose, repair, and rework complex product failures using schematics, test results, and historical repair data.
• Operate and maintain assembly and repair stations to assemble, align, and adjust components per engineering specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble units.
• Test and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and specifications.
• Repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels.
• Keep daily assembly production records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
