Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands‑on assembly in aerospace/defense/industrial/auto.
• Crimping, soldering, torque tools proficiency.
• Knowledge of 6S/Kaizen and basic continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, schematics and BOMs; wire components.
• Install LEDs, push buttons, switches, handles and fasteners.
• Route, dress, strip and crimp wires; document results in MRP.
• Mechanical assembly: join chassis/modules; mounting hardware.
• Electrical integration: install wiring harnesses and boards; EMC routing.
