Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required; vocational/technical training in assembly is a plus.
Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly and related tools.
Ability to read blueprints/schematics preferred.
On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to 3D models, work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
Perform wiring, soldering, crimping, and basic mechanical assembly as needed.
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete tasks.
Inspect assembled products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Document production records and work logs accurately.
Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations.
