Qualifications

• 0–2 years of electro-mechanical assembly or repair experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity with hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow procedures, drawings, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize parts prior to assembly.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of light to moderate complexity.
• Conduct basic functional testing on completed assemblies.
• Rework non-conforming units per procedures.
• Follow safety practices and participate in training.
