Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Bachelor’s in Electromagnetics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• OR no prior experience required with Master’s Degree
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Electromagnetics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design optimal solutions for a superconducting magnet in a medical device.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges through root cause analysis and experimentation.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive test plans and validation protocols.
• Evaluate and approve vendor-supplied components and technologies.
• Build and maintain partnerships to influence project outcomes and innovation.
• Lead continuous improvement and mentor junior engineers to accelerate time-to-market.
