Job summary

You will conduct root-cause analyses to resolve technical challenges, develop comprehensive test plans, and evaluate vendor components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electromagnetics, EE, Physics or ME with strong analytical skills.
• 2+ years experience, or Master’s degree with no experience required.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design optimal superconducting magnet solutions for medical devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges with root cause analysis.
• Develop test plans and validation protocols for design integrity.
• Evaluate vendor components and foster partnerships.
• Lead process improvements and mentor engineers while speeding time-to-market.
