Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical, materials, or electrical engineering.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in electromagnetic systems or electrical motors.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic behavior and motor concepts.
• Experience with OEM requirements is a plus.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical requirements to define best motor solution.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Lead design reviews with suppliers and customers.
• Propose optimized test cases and validation scope.
• Document technical findings and support project budgets.
