Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical, materials or electrical engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in electromagnetics or electrical motors.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic behavior and motor concepts.
• Experience with OEM requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical requirements to define motor solutions.
• Manage interfaces with multi-disciplinary teams and OEMs.
• Lead design reviews with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Propose test cases and validation scopes for robust designs.
• Document technical work and monitor budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve processes.
