Qualifications

• Experience in process engineering, specifically in automotive e-motor assembly.
• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level for international communication.
• Strong relationship management skills with global customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create process flows, assembly drawings, and Control Plans.
• Challenge R&D on product manufacturability and evaluate costs.
• Define equipment specifications and perform final process validation.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors and support decision-making.
