Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer for the Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Manufacturing Team. You will ensure stringent test standards, push throughput targets, and drive automation, data analytics, and interfaces to deliver high-quality, throughputs; you will work across design, quality, and manufacturing to resolve issues and improve methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiar with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with PCBA testing and hardware testing.
• Strong root cause analysis of non-conforming hardware.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of production test activities and troubleshooting.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream (system level to component level).
• Improve automation, test coverage, and cycle times.
• Create test work instructions and train technicians.
• Develop failure mode library and RCCA actions.
• Support returns, failure analysis, and feedback to early-stage tests.
• Analyze test data and generate reports highlighting defects and improvements.
• Collaborate with design to improve product robustness.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment for precision.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
