Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking an Operations Analyst II to support the U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare Division at NSWC Crane on base. You will provide operational analysis, system expertise, and coordinate with government and contractor teams involved in EW systems such as AN/SLQ 32(V)6.

Responsibilities include supporting system operations, readiness assessments, and training content delivery, plus producing reports for leadership and assisting with program development plans.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• 5+ years of Navy operations or EW/tactical systems experience.
• Experience with AN/SLQ 32(V)6 or related EW systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight on a government site.
• Familiarity with Navy training standards and readiness documentation.
• Knowledge of intelligence systems, ELINT, or EW threat analysis.
• Sea duty or shipboard operations experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; education may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Navy EW system subject-matter expertise (AN/SLQ 32(V)6/7).
• Support system operations, maintenance coordination, and readiness assessments.
• Assist government leads with technical analysis and reports.
• Develop training content for shipboard and classroom use.
• Produce status reports and operational documentation for leadership.
• Coordinate with engineers, SMEs, and leadership on technical materials.
• Contribute to ROM data collection and workforce planning.
• Support recruiting and onboarding for program expansion.
