Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises Inc. is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA. The role focuses on integrating and testing Navy EW systems and developing procedures to ensure quality and performance for the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS).

The ideal candidate has extensive threat system analysis experience, familiarity with JCIDs 5000, and Agile delivery practices, plus the ability to lead large meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

• BA and 8+ years in threat system analysis or Navy EW systems, or HS with 9+ years in military/IT training.
• Experience in threat analysis and/or operation of Navy EW systems.
• Knowledge of threat systems, red adversary tactics, kill chains, blue force OPLANS, and Fleet operations.
• Experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations.
• Experience in system development/testing and documenting CONOPS/CONEMP/TTPS/T&E.
• Experience with JCIDs process 5000 series.
• Experience with AN/SLQ-32 (V) system variants.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Ability to organize, lead, and host large meetings or conferences.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems - SLQ32 (V6/V7) variants.
• Develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program.
