Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Operations Analyst to support Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems at NSWC Dahlgren. You will provide SME input for I&T and help develop procedures to ensure quality and performance standards in the SKCS program.

The position requires 8+ years in surface EW, Linux experience, Agile methods, and an active DoD Secret Clearance. Daily on-site work at NSWC Dahlgren with minimal travel is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience with surface electronic warfare systems.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience in Agile methodology.

Comprising more than 130 personnel, the Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) delivers expertise across program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life‑cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. Responsibilities

We are seeking a high performing Operations Analyst to provide full-time support to Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems at NSWC Dahlgren.

You will provide subject matter expertise for integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems (SLQ-32 v6/v7) and assist in the development and implementation of procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program.

You will work daily onsite at NSWC Dahlgren. Expected travel is minimal.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience with surface electronic warfare systems
• Experience with Linux
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
• Demonstrated experience organizing and leading large meetings, workshops, or conferences
• Demonstrated experience systems development and/or creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, Developmental and Operational T&E
