Qualifications

• 5+ years in process/manufacturing engineering or scale‑up in batteries or related industries.
• Experience developing and qualifying manufacturing processes, equipment, and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrode process development, optimization, and scale-up.
• Manage a team of electrode process engineers with coaching and career development.
• Define process specs, parameters, and control strategies for robust operations.
• Collaborate with Quality to improve QC systems and acceptance criteria.
• Guide technology transfer and scale-up from R&D to pilot and production.
