Job summary

Form Energy is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to oversee electrode manufacturing operations at its Weirton site. You will lead a team of process and equipment engineers and technicians to ensure high performance, reliability, and efficiency of powder handling, mixing, and roll-to-roll tape formation.

You will own staffing, coaching, and performance management while partnering with cross-functional leaders to translate insights into durable manufacturing gains. Relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/production with leadership experience.
• Strong material science foundation and roll-to-roll process knowledge.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage process/equipment engineers or technicians.

Responsibilities

• Own the section’s operating results across powder handling, mixing, and roll-to-roll tape formation.
• Lead and develop a small, engineer-focused team with staffing and performance decisions.
• Establish and track section metrics (OEE, yield, cycle time) and target top bottlenecks.
• Set methods to evaluate floor-level solutions with safe, robust, materials-grounded fixes.
