Accelera Staffing is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Test Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will troubleshoot, test, and repair industrial actuator systems, ensuring products meet quality and client requirements.

Standard shift hours include a 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (3rd Shift) with an initial training period. The role requires hands-on testing across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Experience in testing, maintenance, or manufacturing repair.
• Ability to interpret instructions and schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our manufacturing department is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Test Technician to join the team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and repairing industrial actuator systems, ensuring that all finished products align with our rigorous quality benchmarks and client requirements.

Schedule and Compensation

• Initial training period (first month): 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Standard shift hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (3rd Shift)
• Hourly compensation: $24.95

Core Responsibilities

• Execute functional evaluations across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical platforms.
• Help maintain a safe working environment by strictly adhering to established protocols during high-pressure hydrostatic and pneumatic testing.
• Analyze equipment performance to pinpoint the underlying causes of operational failures.
• Ensure all components meet quality standards by performing necessary repairs and subsequent re-testing.
• Utilize technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and schematics to guide your daily tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a GED or High School Diploma.
• Background in testing, assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, or general manufacturing repair.
• Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting work instructions, technical drawings, and schematics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in product validation, quality control, or testing environments.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, valves, actuators, or other automated industrial machinery.
