Manufacturing Test Engineer / Quality Test Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Test Engineer to inspect, test, and troubleshoot industrial equipment in a production environment. This role is 100% production-floor based and involves mechanical and electrical testing to ensure equipment meets engineering, quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical testing of industrial systems and components.

• Conduct operational testing according to established test procedures.

• Inspect components, electrical wiring, and electromechanical assemblies.

• Read electrical diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot wiring and system issues.

• Use hand tools and test equipment to verify proper assembly and system performance.

• Document test results and identify nonconformances or corrective actions.

• Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues and improve products and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related field.

• Experience with equipment testing, manufacturing, mechanical/electrical assembly, or industrial maintenance.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting electromechanical systems.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.

• PLC exposure is a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $42.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
