Qualifications

• 15+ years in test engineering or electro‑mechanical testing.
• Hands-on power testing in lab environments.
• Able to develop test plans and procedures.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes and measurement tools.
• Strong EMI/EMC testing knowledge.
• Familiar with Linux and Python basics.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans from product requirements.
• Create detailed test procedures with pass/fail criteria.
• Conduct qualification tests following industry standards.
• Test systems, connectors, and cabling for power and data.
• Perform electro-mechanical testing including EMI.
• Analyze test results and identify root causes.
• Document outcomes in technical reports.
• Identify required test equipment and tools.
• Support regression testing after design changes.
• Estimate budget, scope, and schedule for tests.
• Hands-on lab work and troubleshooting during testing.
• Prepare product reports for qualification approvals.
• Interpret wiring diagrams to set up tests.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve designs.
• Continue learning to develop new testing methods.
