Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Electro-Mechanic in the Miami, FL area to support a leading manufacturer. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has about 4 years of hands-on experience, a High School diploma, and a proven ability to read schematics and perform preventive maintenance in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in industrial electro-mechanics.
• Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and motors.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems including motors and control panels.
• Install and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and PLCs in industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for installation and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and standards (OSHA, NEC).
• Troubleshoot mechanical components including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and gear systems.
• Install and align motors, bearings, and pumps to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and improve system efficiency.

Our client, a leading manufacturer located in Miami FL, is looking for a highly skilled Industrial Electro-Mechanic to join their team. This role involves working with electrical systems, PLCs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics to ensure smooth operations in an industrial setting.

salary: $56,000 - $66,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, relays, switches, transformers, and control panels.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and PLCs in industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for installation and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and standards (OSHA, NEC, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and gear systems.
• Install and align motors, bearings, and pumps to optimize performance.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and improve system efficiency.

The essential functions of this role include
