Job summary
Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Electro-Mechanic in the Miami, FL area to support a leading manufacturer. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics to keep operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate has about 4 years of hands-on experience, a High School diploma, and a proven ability to read schematics and perform preventive maintenance in an industrial setting.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in industrial electro-mechanics.
- Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and motors.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems including motors and control panels.
- Install and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and PLCs in industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for installation and troubleshooting.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and standards (OSHA, NEC).
- Troubleshoot mechanical components including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and gear systems.
- Install and align motors, bearings, and pumps to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and improve system efficiency.
