The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 role at Dematic Corp. offers an innovative opportunity to work with powerful material handling equipment in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our world-class systems and ensuring that our operations run flawlessly. This position is based at our Cincinnati, OH site and requires working from 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and overtime.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $30 to $35.0 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do In This Role

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including tasks such as belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and component lubrication.
• Perform preventative maintenance routines and complete associated documentation and procedures.
• Apply electrical test equipment to troubleshoot and resolve electrical circuitry issues.
• Build and close work orders in the asset management system, accurately recording labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and determine the necessary resources for resolution.
• Track and manage spare parts inventory.
• Conduct routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Respond to service calls and address equipment failures and faults promptly.
• Identify and solve problems as they arise to maintain operational efficiency.
• Foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

What We Are Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required. An Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and specialized skill training/certification is advantageous.
• General knowledge of a technical or specialty area, with proven experience in the responsibilities outlined above.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, and occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Functional dexterity in both hands and wrists.
• Capability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
• Capable of working in different environments: small spaces, dust, fumes, hot/cold temperatures, noise, vibration, standing on concrete, wet or uneven surfaces.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Flexibility to cover multiple shifts and work holiday hours as needed.
