Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & Repair: Keep our electrical and mechanical production equipment in top shape.
  • Troubleshoot: Diagnose and fix issues with PLC-based control systems, motors, motor controls, and electronic systems.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance procedures and keep accurate records.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with production teams to schedule maintenance and equipment repairs.
  • Safety Compliance: Assist with safety inspections and maintain operating certificates.
  • Analyze & Improve: Identify equipment failures, determine causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Documentation: Read electrical drawings, identify parts on BOMs, and maintain spare parts inventory.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education in general maintenance and repair preferred.
  • 3-5 years in industrial maintenance, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • PLC experience is a must.
  • Installing motors, motor controls, and VFDs is a must.
  • Ability to understand complex instructions.
  • Thorough understanding of safety precautions and occupational hazards.
