Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a multi-skilled maintenance technician to proactively maintain factory equipment and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues across the plant. You will help build operator capability and support ongoing reliability initiatives.

The role requires experience with CMMS systems, including SAP-AMM, and the ability to work off-shifts. Strong problem solving and adherence to Nestlé safety policies are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• 2 Years of Equivalent Work Experience AND/OR Two-year Technical Degree in Maintenance related area such as Maintenance Technical/Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Electronics technology required.
• Able to work off-shifts, weekends & extended shifts (i.e. 10 hrs., 12 hrs.)
• Obtain and maintain certifications required by Nestlé policies (Arc Flash, LOTO, PTWs, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Maintain Factory Equipment – identify defects and execute preventative and predictive maintenance plans across process areas, packaging, and material handling.
• Build capability by coaching operators and implementing process improvements and changeovers.
• Use CMMS (SAP-AMM) to document maintenance activities, create work orders, review spare parts, and provide feedback on line performance.
