Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for our Colorado facility. You will maintain electrical systems, motors, PLCs, and high voltage equipment, while following GMP and safety guidelines.

This hands-on position includes diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires strong reading of schematics, adherence to regulatory standards, and the ability to work with a team to support continuous production

Qualifications

Minimum five years as an industrial electrician with mechanical equipment repair responsibilities.
Experience in fast-paced manufacturing facilities, preferably consumer packaged goods, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
Ability to speak to work experiences in regulated environments and FDA/GMP requirements.
Strong knowledge of NEC and UL standards, and control systems such as PLCs.

Responsibilities

Promote safety culture and comply with safety policies and procedures.
Install, monitor, repair, and replace electrical circuits, motors, lighting, and transformers.
Operate and maintain high voltage switchgear, controls, motor control centers, and PLCs.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform preventative maintenance.
Read blueprints, interpret wiring diagrams, and work from sketches or verbal instructions.
Create work notifications in the Maintenance Management System.
Assist with upgrades and ensure GMP and SOP compliance.
