Church & Dwight Co., Inc. seeks an Electro Mechanical Technician in Colorado to join a dynamic manufacturing team. The role focuses on installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems across plant operations.

You will work with PLCs, motors, VFDs, and control equipment, performing diagnostics and supporting safety and GMP compliance while contributing to efficient production and equipment reliability.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience as an industrial electrician with mechanical equipment repair experience.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, preferably consumer goods, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to work in compliance with regulatory agencies and discuss FDA/GMP requirements.

Aufgaben

• Promote a strong safety culture and awareness within all areas of responsibility; support all plant safety policies and procedures.
• Install, monitor, test, repair, and replace electrical circuits, motors, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and transformers using appropriate tools and testing instruments.
• Operate, repair, and maintain high‑voltage switchgear, controls, motor control centers, and PLCs.
• Perform diagnostic tests and repair or replace electronic control components and related equipment, including ground fault tracing and cable replacement.
• Provide controls support in troubleshooting PLC‑based systems and instrumentation, with a willingness to grow this skill set.
• Plan and install wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in machinery and buildings, including repairing or replacing conduit and wiring.
• Diagnose malfunctioning electrical equipment using testing instruments and hand tools to identify issues and correct problems.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
