Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking a maintenance technician to support production equipment in Colorado. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist in building and updating production equipment according to blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities include communicating with operators, maintaining safety and efficiency, and contributing to a well-organized shop. A technical trade background and PLC/HVAC experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Two years technical trade school and four years practical experience, or six years practical experience.
• Prior experience in PLCs, PLC programming, and ladder logic.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting and testing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders describing electrical and/or mechanical problems with production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment per schedule.
• Assist engineers in building production equipment and read blueprints/schematics.
• Write or revise PMs for equipment in BU.
• Maintain clean shop area and organize repair parts for inventory.
