Nestlé USA in South Carolina is seeking an Electro Mechanical Technician to maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment on a 12-hour night shift (5:00 PM–5:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and developing operator technical capability to support safety and quality.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and a two-year technical degree in maintenance.

Competenze

• Two year Technical Degree in Maintenance related area.
• Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and PLC skills.
• Familiar with CMMS and production workflows.
• Ability to work off-shifts and extended shifts.

• Identify defects, execute maintenance plans and optimize reliability.
• Build operator skills and train resources.
• Document activities in AMM and create/update work orders.
