Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a multi-skilled Electromechanical Technician to maintain and improve production equipment in a fast-paced plant. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance to maximize reliability, minimize downtime, and support safety, quality, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, proactive, and condition-based maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic PLC systems.
• Support start-ups, changeovers, and production adjustments.
• Maintain injection molding machines, blow molders, fillers, conveyors, labelers, packers, and palletizers.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and Nestlé QMS.
• Create, manage, and close work orders in the CMMS.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train operators on equipment and autonomous maintenance.
