Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician in Johnstown, PA to repair and install advanced production equipment, inspect performance, and perform preventative maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.

You will diagnose complex malfunctions, conduct repairs, mentor less experienced mechanics, and participate in upgrades of technology across production lines, all while adhering to safety and quality standards. Rotating shifts offered to cover operation needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with relevant technical assessment experience.
• Experience with basic electrical systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret product manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Repair and install advanced production and manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect equipment for proper functioning and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and execute complex repairs or adjustments.
• Mentor and support less experienced mechanics.
• Oversee or perform general housekeeping and upgrade production lines with new technology.
