Core Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure plant machinery remains operational
• Address equipment and utility malfunctions while executing proactive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
• Provide technical support and direction to both skilled and unskilled team members regarding maintenance projects
• Execute specialized tasks as required, including assisting with basic craft duties
• Utilize precision measurement devices and specialized tools to facilitate accurate repairs
• Foster team growth by training and assessing the qualifications of production and craft staff
• Ensure all tools, ladders, and equipment are maintained and assist in facilitating OSHA-mandated inspections
• Document maintenance activities by completing work orders, inventory logs, and necessary audit records
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all shared departmental workspaces
• Support the upkeep and maintenance of electrical substations and associated infrastructure
