Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of electrical system and machinery maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Overhead crane and forklift experience is required.
• Battery-powered carts and manlift repair experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of PLC-controlled production machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair industrial saws, roll/press machines, blasting/painting equipment, and material handling equipment.
• Interface with OEMs for advanced troubleshooting.
• Disassemble and replace defective parts; clean and lubricate components.
• Repair electrical apparatus and wiring on machinery.
• Lay out and install pipe systems and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment; repair gauges and valves.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records (predictive, preventive, reactive).
• Repair building systems including doors, HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems.
