Job summary

The Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment and facility systems to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations in Burgettstown, PA.

This role requires strong mechanical and industrial electrical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical, controls, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and respond to equipment issues in a manufacturing environment, performing preventive and corrective

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair mechanical and industrial electrical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of three-phase power, motor controls, control voltage, electrical protection devices, and electrical troubleshooting practices.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, boiler, vacuum, and hydraulic systems and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot three-phase electrical systems, motor-control circuits, disconnects, starters, contactors, relays, transformers, sensors, switches, and related components.
• Troubleshoot VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, safety circuits, and field I/O to identify failures.
• Safely use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and document completed work and issues.
