Puratos USA is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic to join the UHT operations team in Pennsauken, NJ. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and automation systems, maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining steam, refrigeration and wastewater systems, documenting work in CMMS, and collaborating on maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, automation (PLC), VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• CMMS experience and SAP proficiency.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, automation, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, steam, refrigeration and wastewater systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance per schedule to improve reliability.
• Maintain records in CMMS; manage work orders and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with team to develop maintenance plans and implement improvements.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery; identify upgrade opportunities.
• Train operators on maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
