Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to support production operations at our Flemington, NJ plant. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a range of electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.

The role requires working 2nd or 3rd shift with a starting pay of $40.00 per hour plus shift differentials, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with 2+ years industrial maintenance experience or HS diploma with 4+ years experience.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift (3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am) and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (AC/DC drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, robotics).
• Install, modify, and upgrade electrical, electronic, mechanical, and computer equipment.
• Support maintenance across production, converting, assembly, and packaging lines.
