Keurig Dr Pepper in Victorville, CA, seeks an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift 1PM-9:30PM with overtime flexibility. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex packaging line equipment and control systems, while coordinating with teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelors degree, relevant certification, OR 2-3 years Electro/Mechanical experience in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing Pneumatic Control Systems, Allen Bradley PLC Systems, RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, 3 phase (480V) Circuits, motor starters and controls; knowledge preferred.
• Able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, plan, and perform installation, modification, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, rebuild, and dismantling of complex manufacturing and support equipment on high speed packaging lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and proactive activities to monitor and maintain equipment condition.
• Troubleshoot Pneumatic Control Systems, Allen Bradley PLC Systems, RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, and 3-phase circuits.
• Coordinate with technicians, production, engineering, management, and stakeholders to plan maintenance activities.
• Provide support for EMT Lead, including training, coaching, and filling in for Machine Operators as needed.
• Coordinate with equipment/service vendors for technical assistance and maintain safe, clean work areas.

Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Shift and Schedule: This role will support 2nd shift 1PM-9:30PM. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose, plan, & perform all operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, & dismantle various types of complex manufacturing & support equipment with special focus on advanced troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, & PLCs on complex high speed packaging lines
• Perform preventive maintenance & other proactive activities to monitor & maintain equipment condition
• Troubleshoot and repair of Pneumatic Control Systems, Allen Bradley PLC Systems, RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, 3 phase (480V) Circuits, Motor starters and controls
• Coordinate with other technicians, production personnel, engineering, management, & other stakeholders to communicate & plan maintenance activities
• Will provide support and substitute for EMT Lead on driving production goals; this includes training, coaching, and filling in for Machine Operators as needed
• Coordinate with equipment/service vendors for technical assistance
• Maintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areas
• Comply with regulatory, Keurig Dr Pepper, & departmental policies, procedures, & standards (especially safety)
• Assist other maintenance technicians as priorities dictate, time allows, or directed.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement & drive recommendations to implementation or resolution
• Complete or assist with special projects as directed
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $42.63
• 2nd Shift Shift Premium: $0.35

Requirements
