Job Overview
This Electro‑Mechanic Technician (Manufacturing Maintenance Technician) performs project management duties, maintenance and repairs of all pneumatic machines and line equipment on a 2nd‑shift schedule. The position is a full‑time, union role with competitive benefits and requires flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Shift and Schedule
1:00 PM – 9:30 PM on the 2nd shift with overtime, weekends, and holiday work as required.

Position Responsibilities
- Diagnose, plan, and perform installations, modifications, troubleshooting, repairs, overhauls, rebuilds, and dismantles on complex manufacturing and support equipment with a focus on advanced troubleshooting for control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs on high‑speed packaging lines.
- Perform preventive maintenance and other proactive activities to monitor and maintain equipment condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic control systems, Allen Bradley PLC systems, RSLinx, process control instrumentation, 3‑phase (480 V) circuits, motor starters and controls.
- Coordinate with technicians, production personnel, engineering, management, and vendors to plan maintenance activities.
- Support and substitute for EMT Lead on driving production goals, including training, coaching, and filling in for machine operators as needed.
- Maintain safe, clean, and well‑organized work areas.
- Comply with Keurig Dr Pepper policies, procedures, and standards, including safety.
- Assist other maintenance technicians as priorities dictate, time allows, or as directed.
- Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement and drive recommendations to implementation or resolution.
- Complete or assist with special projects as directed.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, relevant certification, or 2–3 years of electro‑mechanical experience in an automated manufacturing environment.
- At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic control systems, Allen Bradley PLC systems, RSLinx, process control instrumentation, 3‑phase (480 V) circuits, motor starters and controls, and electronic circuit boards preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lb repeatedly.
