Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Electromechanical Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of food processing machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components to support continuous operation and reduce downtime.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work is performed with safety as the top priority, following OSHA,
• HACCP, GMP, SQF and food safety regulations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (120V to 480V ), pneumatic, and
• hydraulic issues in production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and
• Troubleshoot PLCs and other automation systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in
• the food processing industry.
• Strong knowledge in industrial electrical components (120V to 480V), mechanical,
• pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and automation systems.
• Familiarity with food industry regulations and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying conditions (hot, cold, wet
