The pay range is estimated to be $26 - $31.50 per hour, with final compensation based on location, education, experience, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications

What You Will Do In This Role

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
• Perform preventative maintenance routines and document procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
• Build and close work orders in the asset management system, detailing labor, parts, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot communication issues and resolve them effectively.
• Track spare parts inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to service calls and address equipment failures promptly.
• Identify problems and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Maintain positive relationships across organizational levels.

What We Are Looking For

• HS diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Engage in bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
• Push and pull wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds.
• Dexterity in both hands and wrists.
• Climb ladders and gangways safely.
• Adapt to various work environments, including limited space, dust, odors, noise, and concrete floors.
• Stand and walk for 10-12 hours.
• Flexible to cover shifts and holidays as needed.
