Job summary

Joinimagine is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 4 for the Minden, NV site on a 2nd shift schedule (5 pm − 3:30 am, Monday to Thursday). The role involves day‑to‑day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on Material Handling Equipment, mentoring lower-level staff, and supporting operations on site.

Exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with occasional overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or additional training preferred.
General knowledge in a technical or specialty area.
Proven experience in the area of responsibility and demonstrated capability in duties listed above.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Complete preventative maintenance routines and documentation.
Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
Create and close work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and determine necessary resources.
Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
Perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure specifications.
Respond to service calls and address equipment faults.
Identify problems and take appropriate corrective actions.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the organization.
