Job summary

Dematic Corp. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 2 for the Minden, NV location. This role handles day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on material handling equipment during a day shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

You will perform repairs, complete preventive maintenance, document work orders, troubleshoot conveyance issues, and coordinate with stores for spare parts. Lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional 100 pounds on dollies are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; occasional up to 100 pounds on dollies.
• Visible aptitude for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking and component lubrication.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines and document procedures.
• Build and close work orders with data such as labor hours and parts used.
• Troubleshoot basic conveyance problems and manage spare parts inventory.
• Respond to service calls and maintain cross-functional relationships.
