Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in maintenance of a manufacturing environment preferred, experience with automated production equipment a plus.
• Experience in installation and maintenance of machinery components such as pumps, bearings, pulleys, belts, chains, gearboxes, bushings.

Responsibilities

• Services, repairs, adjusts and tests machinery and equipment related to the manufacturing process.
• Assists in preventative maintenance planning and execution with limited supervision.
• Identifies warning signs of impending equipment failure to aid with parts ordering.
• Monitors maintenance needs and responds, often independently.
• Follows safety rules and documents process improvements.
